Seun Oluwole is the Managing Director of Citi Investment Capital Limited. He oversees all aspects of the firm’s activities as a Trading License Holder of the Nigerian Exchange and operator on the Nigerian Capital Market. Mr. Oluwole is a vastly experienced professional in the Capital Market and his career spans over 30 years having received his qualification as a Chartered Stockbroker in 1990.

Prior to his time at Citi Investment Capital Limited, he was the Executive Director of GlobalMix Capital Limited, a corporate sub-brokerage firm as well as the Pioneer Head of Stock Broking for Tropics Securities Limited, and the former Head, Bar-Mide Ventures Limited, a commodity trading and exporters venture. He was also a Pioneer Head of the Telecoms unit of Access Bank Plc.

He is an alumnus of the ESUT Business School, where he bagged an MBA, and holds a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS).

Buchi is the Chief Dealer at Citi Investment Capital Limited (CICL). He has over 20 years of experience across various institutions where he had been involved in executing transactions including IPOs, Equity capital raising, Lease management and Investment portfolio management.
Prior to joining CICL, Buchi worked as head of stockbroking at Fidelity Finance Company Limited and FB Asset Management Limited, where he gained varied experience in Investment Banking and Asset trading.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Lagos and a B.Sc. from Imo State university and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS).

Olukayode Babatunde Awokoya was born 52 years ago. He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from University of Lagos (1989) as well as an MBA from the prestigious Manchester Business School (2009). He is as Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (1993) and was admitted as a member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers in 2010. He became an Authorised Dealing Clerk of the NSE in 2011.

He commenced work in February 1991 as a pioneer staff of then Fountain Trust Merchant Bank Ltd. He also worked with Pinacle Commercial Bank, Standard Trust Bank Plc (now UBA) and Equitorial Trust Bank Ltd (now Sterling Bank). He held several positions in Treasury, Internal Audit, Strategic Planning, Financial Control, Human Capital Management, Corporate Services and Retail Banking in these Banks.

He joined Apel Asset Ltd as a Broker Dealer in 2010 where he rose to be Deputy CEO and was a lead member of the team that packaged acquisition of PHB Capital & Trust. He is currently with Citi Investment Capital Ltd as lead Sales Trader.

Mukaila Olawoye is an Associate Member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ACMR), and an experienced registrar operations executive with close to two decades worth of experience in Registrar and Capital Market operations. He has been with Citi Investment Capital Limited for over a decade and serves as the Head, Registrar Operations. Prior to this, he was the Assistant Registrar, Operations / Investment Executive at Anchoria Investment and Securities Limited.

He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ilorin in Kwara State.

Opeyemi is a Chartered Secretary and a corporate and commercial advisor of more than 10 years’ experience. Before joining CICL, he was a Governance Officer in charge of compliance and regulatory functions at Oando PLC. He further honed his legal practice skills and gained enormous experience as Senior Associate at two different law firms successively, Aliant Qais Conrad Laureate and Abiola Sanni & Co, both in Lagos, Nigeria.

Certified Ethics Officer, the Ethics Institute of South Africa.
Member, Nigeria Bar Association.

Kehinde Balogun is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos. He has over 13 years of experience in Financial Accounting and Management

Prior to working with Citi Investment Capital Limited, he was a Management Accountant with Citiserve Limited, the Head of Finance for Technova Africa Group, and the Management Accountant for Sola Enitan & Co.

Tunde is the Head of IT and Operations for Citi Investment Capital Limited and has over a decade of experience.

He is responsible for ensuring that Citi Investment Capital Limited’s IT strategy and operations keeps up with the evolving regulatory framework of the Exchange, and the needs of the organization and its clients.

He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Engineering from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, in Ogbomoso.
